Service Policy
Service Area & Availability
We come to you—home, workplace, or event—anywhere in all of Central Florida. Appointments are scheduled in advance; same-day service may be available depending on technician availability.
Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Book online, by phone, or through our quote form.

Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a [late fee of $35] to cover technician travel and materials.
On-Site Requirements (So We Can Work Safely)

Park on flat ground with 6–8 ft of clearance around the vehicle.

Provide access to the keys and disable any alarm/immobilizer during service.

If at a workplace/school/event, please ensure property approval for on-site service.

For ADAS-equipped vehicles, an on-site recalibration may require a level surface and clear lane-marking area (we’ll advise what’s needed).
Insurance & Payment

We assist with insurance claims and paperwork. You are responsible for any deductible or costs not covered.

We accept major cards and contactless payments. Payment is due at service completion unless your insurance has been pre-approved for direct billing.
Warranty & Our Promise

Lifetime workmanship warranty against air/water leaks and installation defects for as long as you own the vehicle.

Warranty excludes new damage from road debris/accidents, rust-related issues, and non-OEM part defects. (We’ll note pre-existing issues before we start.)
Safe Drive-Away Time

After installation, your technician will confirm the safe drive-away time based on adhesive and weather conditions. Please do not drive until the time given has passed.
Weather Considerations

For safety and quality, severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds) may require rescheduling or an alternate covered location (garage/carport).
After-Care

Avoid car washes and slamming doors for 24 hours.

Keep the retention tape on as directed.

If you notice any wind noise or moisture, contact us immediately—we’ll make it right.
Right to Refuse/Delay Service

We may refuse or delay service if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or the surface/space doesn’t allow us to meet safety standards.
Customer Satisfaction

If anything isn’t perfect, tell us within [X] days. We stand behind our work and will address concerns promptly.
Privacy

We only collect information needed to schedule, service, and warranty your repair. We do not sell your personal data.
